From the perspective of DJing though it’s the only place I go unless something i want is beatport exclusive

If Bandcamp had gapless playback, custom playlist, and spruced up it’s sorting of releases for easier browsing and searching, it’d be a great replacement for nugs.
My cancelled account still works. Can’t believe anyone pays for nugs. But also please keep paying so they don’t notice I’m not.

I keep saying the fam should deploy an ampache instance and share all our stuff. Nobody ever thinks its a good enough idea to try to push it up my priority queue though.

I already have Plex for streaming my own media for myself. I was thinking about subscription services that put money into the pockets of artists for a reasonably low price.
I have zero interest in setting up a community streaming service.
