I had tickets to see Umphrey’s on 8/13/10 in Raleigh but had a family emergency and had to miss the show. Didn’t end up getting them into 2012. Missed 2011. Life happens 
And yes, I’ve gone and listened to 8/13/10 out of curiosity. Weird show. Wouldn’t have loved all of it then, but Water opener would have sure been a good start

Videos would probably be a good starting point. Start with songs where you already know who plays what parts or at least who solos where, then try to connect the audio with what you see the guitarists doing.

Yeah the Moos are such a fun time…I forgot what year they were but those first two shows in Chicago were a blast.
Glad I saw them at Woodlands pre-pandy again as it had been awhile.

I remember going to a Double Door show a thousand years ago
Saw them at Kinetic Playground in January 2008 and they definitely were a thing by then. Think the Double Door show was later that year in the summer.
I think this is the last time I’ve seen the Moos. It was pure bliss being barefoot on the beach with bottles of champagne by my feet as I got down to Loverboy’s “Working For The Weekend”. I forget what year they switched it up with Kris taking over for Darren but I haven’t paid attention to them much since. Lots of fun had at their shows though.
I’ve seen them Moo’s a few times and I’ve always had a good time. Most memorable in a moose lounge right outside St. Augustine amp. Those were some fun nights back in ‘15.
Did you see @wiscomtonslacker penis that night? He was sleeping standing up and his bathing suit was so stretched out from sneaking beers into the venue UM played. Well that suit fell to his ankles and he had no idea his smeckle and ass was hanging out. Good times

Can’t remember where we were talking about it or if I’m remembering a fever dream, but uber-jammed versions of songs like 2 jam Plungers and whatnot. I just discovered the Plunger from 3/12/14 in Ashland has 2 sweet jams and also the 2020 HOF version of Front Porch that goes on forever. Good shit.
