Agree on that. I’ve got an old Tshirt & an old hat somewhere w/that logo on them, but it would be nice to see some new merch with that logo.
To be honest though, I can’t remember the last time I bought any UM merch, aside from a show print, so my opinion doesn’t really matter.

I haven’t bought a UM shirt since 2013. The shirt designs have been awful IMO. Not only that most of the shows they have very few shirt selections which blows my mind. Some of their openers have had more shirt selections.

To be fair, aren’t these kind of tumblers $20-30 even before any branding is added? The vacuum-sealed tumblers/cups (Yeti, HydroFlask, etc.) aren’t exactly cheap, so I don’t think $30 is too outrageous, even if this is a generic brand.
Why have one logo… When you can have 7?!

I have two shirts that I’ve bought within the last 5 years. The graphics are pretty basic, good color scheme. I was drunk but still don’t regret them, and wear them pretty frequently. That being said most of their shirts are pretty meh.
I bought the 20th anniversary afroman coffee thermos. I don’t regret it at all, it’s been years and it still looks and works like brand new. I can keep my coffee warm for 5+ hours. They’re definitely not slapping their logo on some shitty drinkware IMO
It’s a coffee thermos. Saying it works like brand new is like saying this plate or bowl I’ve owned for 5+ years works like brand new.

Yes and no.
I use mine daily and have had 2 over the years that can’t keep shit warm for over 90 mins after a year or so. It’s probably not the actual thermos and more so the lid or something but still, over time heat retention has gone to shit.
I haven’t bought any UM merch since I bought a hoodie 3 years or so ago and that was only because it was early summer and it was super discounted. It’s pretty simple as far as graphics, I like it the look. But generally their merch is pretty terrible, I have no idea why.
I used to have a brown stretch fitted hat that had a little utopian fir tree off to the side and UM on the back. I fucking loved that hat but I think I lost it on STUM ter. Now you can’t find anything but fitted Grassroots wook garbage. Bring back the Fir hat, I’ll get 5 of them.

While most UM merch sucks, buying it at shows is by far the best way to get money directly into the bands hands, there’s no services fees involved except for paying Sam and Louie, also Pat (when he’s on tour). I always try to buy at least one thing every few shows I attend even if it’s not the best stuff.

the only UM shirt i still wear is the Fall tour '18 one. It’s a fuckin Joel-smedium for sure, but it’s a decent UM shirt
Im all about the little accessories/“stuff” though. Love the earplugs, lighters, keychain kinda stuff.

the fucking last UM shirt I bought was at the Tabby in 2018 and it shrunk so bad I look ridiculous in it now. It’s the “wife’s” shirt now
