UM has really bad merch but jeez the motel keychain is another level of terrible idea. The whole point of them is they’re too big to mistake for your actual keychain.

Yeah the golden ticket bag was dumb as fuck this year too. There is no way they put 30-40 of merch in it this year literally a shirt, koozie, and keychain. I’ve gotten blu-rays and poster/ handbills before at the actual festival. But oh well just bought one to try and win free tickets.

I guess Phish did this at one of their festivals, I’ve seen a bunch of Phans bitching that UM is being posers, haha. Phish def didn’t get the idea from old hotels or anything.
They tossed the keychain in with something I bought one time. I use it for my storage unit, no complaints.

Yeah it’s nice for a very specific and not everyday set of keys. Whatever. I wouldn’t buy it. It’s not the worst thing in the world though.

I have never quite understood why the wonka logo died. They only use it for promotions/festivals and stuff but never for any merch. Makes absolutely zero sense to me. It was clean, unique, and they could’ve really used it everywhere like Phish’s logo or even moe.'s for christs sake
