Give me one reason I shouldn’t flag this, aside from ruining your Christmas.
Is he broke or did he sober up? Selling old liquor bottles and this monstrosity of a dresser that only a massive coke head would buy might be a sign of sobriety
This was posted 11 hours ago yet your screenshot says 52 minutes you been holding out on us or what brah?
Is he really selling an old broken nightstand. Jesus Christ
Bro was heinously chooched and something happened with the tequila bottles and this table.
Incorrect. Not everyone does cocaine.
You’re probably right. Considering my sleuthing here is based solely on the tequila bottle pic and the thrashed night stand pic, all my years of experimentation are telling me “Buddy, you got yourself a bonafide, genuine Gators fan.”
Hey man @ryanstasik is a good friend of mine and sometimes lurks this board.
You could almost say that you 2 are so alike, that you could be the same person.
Hey man, @gregaforce7 is literally me and I sometimes lurk this bored
I’ve been mostly checked out of UM for the past year for personal reasons (I still think they’re constantly improving, it’s not a knock on their music) so I haven’t really noticed the decline but reading this thread, a lot of it rings true. It’s kind of kind blowing to me because I’ve always thought of them as the business-sharp forward thinking band that would always find a way to keep growing and being successful. It still seems like they’ve done everything right, but maybe their steadiness and risk-aversion inevitably just lead to stagnation. I wonder if they ever think “we should have done what the Biscuits did, played really shitty for a few years and then suddenly got good again to generate hype.” With that said, the Pageant show a few weeks ago was a lot of fun for how empty it was and it felt like the band was playing a show just for the heads.
RIP
I appreciate that they are digging deeper into their older material for setlists. Maybe it’s anecdotal but it seems like they played fewer “new” songs over the most recent Midwest run
Now… if they were to call it quits, do you think they’d just fade away or would they have one last big tour?
Mfer said kind blowing
They played at least two 2018 or newer songs at every show besides the Caverns.
In Indy they played I Don’t Know What I Want, Pure Saturation, Concessions, and Escape Goat which are all 2022 or newer songs.
I didn’t watch or listen to that show. Salt Shed and Asheville x2 seemed like fewer songs I didn’t know
They would do a co-headline tour with Papadosio followed by New Years Run in Omaha. It would be awful as should be expected.
You seem to be stuck on the new material being a key driver in the decrease in popularity. What jam band is selling tickets off new material?
