Didn’t Goose open for Mister F at one of those Albany shows?

I’m not cool enough to know what you’re talking about.

Seeing old balls do bumps makes me feel better about doing the same so keep on keeping on

I’m hoping to have a negative influence on him at some point next weekend. Colorado is always a whirlwind for me so many people to see and chill briefly with. But find me just north of the soundboard on the left side and we’ll do some drugs. Preferably K. I have no issues with people doing K past 35.

Yeah outside of its history the SF filmore is really not that great of a venue, it doesn’t suck though. It’s just average. Never had a bad experience there, so that already puts it above a lot of venues I’ve been to

Red Rocks lots (specifically lower south) looked a lot more dead than usual last weekend. I wonder how many tickets they sold for both nights. Hopefully they learn to book someone better than Andy Frasco next time through…

Didn’t ATU used to list openers as “supported by:” underneath the setlists? Was going to look back at past RR years. From memory past openers have included: Spafford, JRAD, Bruce Hornsby, Turkuaz, Lotus, Snarky Puppy, Dweezil, Dr. Dog, RRE, Galactic. Some great ones over the years.

Looking back at my concert log, some other openers: Tauk, Papadosio, Stick Figure, Bokante, The Record Company.

I knew you’d also have a concert spreadsheet. Bet yours is way cooler than mine

Date, venue, city, artist, show# for that artist, and notes (notable sit-ins, etc.)

Also have a summary table with year-end stats.

  • # bands seen
  • # new bands seen
  • # days of music
  • # venues visited
  • # cities visited for shows

I wish I had the discipline to create something like this - I had a total shows spreadsheet going years ago but that hasn’t been updated since like 2011 or 2012. At this point I guess I only keep track of my Umphrey’s, Radiohead, Phish, and Biscuits shows.
