I played one album like a decade ago on the radio. Havenāt listens since. But that hinterland lineup looks dope. Iād go for khrangbin and Tyler Childers

Iām sure COVID has an effect on the lineup, but this festival gets worse and worse every year. And it was so good until like 2014.
Havenāt been to North Coast in years but I had no idea it went all electronic. The last year I went had Biscuits, Lotus, Gary Clark Jr, Nas & Wu-Tang
I think Iāve heard of maybe 2 of those namesā¦

I recognize a handful but only really know a couple.
I skimmed the past yearās lineups and 2017 looked like the final year of familiarity. Ween/Primus were the sunday headliners.

The New Deal 2/25/11 was hands down the best show I ever saw at that shit hole.
Letās queue up the music for Chicagoās shitty venues. Not sure how itās possible for a city so great to be littered with that many garbage venues.
justice was probably the best show i saw there. or the freaky deaky year with boys noize, crystal castles and chromeo.
only the big rooms are trash, thalia hall and every room under is top tier.
