They should kept it as R.E.W. as it was a far superior version…

I want that Wally that was cut last week.

Sociable Jimmy would be sweet too.

Nah they are going to play both of those in the first set tomorrow. Enjoy the Roctopus opener tonight.

I couldn’t even tell you what that song sounded like. Probably a good thing.

I will take my Gulf Stream encore and like it.

I’m actually surprised how many new-ish tunes they haven’t played since Covid break.

Forks, Loose Ends, Dark Brush, Xmas at Wartime, Triangle Tear, Ride on Pony, What We Could Get all LTP before 3/15/20. Push & Pull, Nether, Upward all over 100 shows LTP. Most aren’t crowd favorites for sure, but historically they’ve always kept essentially every studio track in some sort of rotation. And I fuckin love Triangle Tear.

Every single one of these songs deserves to be on the shelf. They’re either bad songs or good songs that don’t translate well live. For a band that’s fighting for ticket sales, it’s smart to take a look in the mirror and realize what’s working and not working.
