I would love to catch Deftones and Gojira in September but I’m still leery about going to concerts. I know a lot of Trump supporting anti-masker metal heads and I don’t trust the bastards when it comes to my health.
still nothing on the calendar. despite having been vaccinated since february, my wife is still pretty concerned about getting out into the world. i get my second shot next week, and i know that i’m not ready to bust out just yet either.
and even if my comfort level was higher, there hasn’t been all the much announced locally

Looks like the re-re-scheduled UM CA dates will stick this time given all the shows getting scheduled - even in CA. So I got a four night UM run coming up in September.
Now I probably gotta look to sell my Phish Dicks tix.
My “wife” wants me to see Eric Church with her next January. What do I do, Bort?

The Sultan Room `just announced a string of Wednesday shows that I’m pretty excited about as I haven’t really seen shows announced in my city that I want/can to go to until recently

My wife saw Phish with me in 2014 and hated it (never mind that her actions during her contact high indicated otherwise LOL). She refuses to see UM with me and I even bribed her by offering to see Rick Springfield with her when he comes to the Emerald Queen Casino again. If your wife saw 20 UM shows with her, then hey go with her to Eric Church.

Does she like to drink though? If she does, don’t be bogus and make her the DD for the show she wants to see. Just go with, eat a little bit of shrooms, have a few beers and you be the responsible ride home.
