I really like WoD, especially their latest album. But agreed on The National. Never understood the love for them. Too each their own though
I like some of WoD’s studio work. Just didn’t translate live, with the mix, and their energy on stage was horrible.
I kinda felt the opposite. Can’t get into the studio stuff, but enjoyed the show. Kinda how I feel about the national too tbh

Take your son. Stevie still sounds fantastic, he will 100% guaranteed have a killer band behind him, and your son will have a core memory seeing one of the biggest legends in all of music (bonus points for being a Michigan legend).
