Does the band go back to Alaska first, or go to Hawaii to make their 50th state?

I could have sworn there was an interview with Stasik recently where they alluded to trying to do Hawaii after Wyoming to finish all 50 states so I’d put my money on them finishing the map before returning to Alaska.
Alaska seems more likely to be hit again than North Dakota. I believe North Dakota will be my white whale which is just another reminder in life you regret what you didn’t do not what you did do more. Should have GITP to Fargo one of the two times they played it.
