What was the Myers side project he toured with around 2013? I remember seeing them in Baltimore, I think at Ottobar, and the bass player had like an 8 string bass.

I was able to find an old photo, it was July 30, 2011 @ the 8x10 Club in Baltimore. I definitely remember Kris, can’t remember Joel but he could’ve been there.

lol I did way to much blow with this guy after one of the MKE digital tape machine shows. Stayed up all night and left my buddies house at like 8AM to go home while they continued talking about non sense as you do over a plate that early into the morning.

He sent one of my buddies this huge rant message on the OG bort calling him a loser and POS. All my buddy did was say The Hue was pretty boring live and just non-stop shredding. Would have thought he killed his mom

I am not usually one to judge folks since i have had a shady past at times and have battled lots of demons but he just flat out sucks. Superiority complex to the extreme. Makes no sense either because he isnt even a quasi-celeb. Dude is just really good at guitar. We all know someone really good at guitar
Actually really liked The Hue, Rezak’s best band imo. Haven’t paid attention to anything he’s been doing since, other than catching a single DTM show.

Yea i remember enjoying their set i saw at Summer Camp one year. Just thought it was great he melted down on a high schooler for saying he shreds too much

A buddy and I went to Iowa City a few times to see them at the Yacht Club. Band ripped but you could tell Marcus had an ego.

Agreed, loved The Hue plenty when I saw them a handful of times 2008-2011.
They were one of the better Prog focused MW jambands that UM helped inspire during that time
I really like The Station, too, but was biased because they were from Springfield and i know a couple of them really well
