I checked out the streams the last few nights, and a lot it was a bit snoozefesty, but there were some jams that I enjoyed quite a bit. I’m hoping to ‘get it’ more, once I see them in September
I’ve seen them a handful of times at various festivals and still don’t get the hype. They are pretty boring and all jams are very similar. They do play some fun covers once in a while but that’s not a reason to like a band.
I’m going to see them in Milwaukee with a bunch of people that love them and my “wife” who has never seen them and wanted to go. So maybe the drugs will help this time? They sure didn’t the other 4-5 times I’ve seen them.
