Just keep digging up mixes bro they have a lot of material. There is this four hour set from Miami we listened to on the way from 1.22.10 to 1.23.10 (Aspen to Denver) and it ended right as we pulled up in my friend’s driveway. It was the perfect choice for our journey. I wish I had done a better job of cataloging data…I might have it somewhere at my parents house but I’m there once every three years it seems. I’ll let you know if I find it brah.

In terms of genre’s they (OL) dabbles in tech house and acid house. However, their style is kind of unique. A good way to find similar stuff would be to look at who they do b2b or opening/Coheadlining sets with.

Appreciate this. I’ve always been bad a subgenres, especially in electronic and metal music.
Some quick reading on acid house brought me to 808 State, who I had never heard of, and I’m immediately liking what I’m hearing. Excited to dig into it.

Please dear lord be wrong. I’m going to the Vic show but not Sacred Rose, and if the Vic ends up being lame and they somehow serve up a heater at the fest, it will confirm that I make terrible life choices and should probably stop going to see Umphrey’s, like a guy who stops going to his favorite sports team’s games because they always seem to play their worst whenever he is there.
