Got it. Still pretty faint. Only one brief moment where I could make out the green color with the naked eye, but was cool to watch it grow, swirl, and flow. Cherry on top of the trip.

Edit - just wanted to say that, considering where this band is at these days, I think they had a great showing in Iceland. Iâm sure all of the exploring and sight seeing combined with this was just a great experience. Stoked for everyone who went.

It was fucking incredible and probably the most fun Iâve had at an UM run since 2016. It exceeded my high expectations. The venue was top notch and without a doubt the best indoor place Iâve seen any band. The energy when they walked on stage the first night was off the hook and set the tone for a great weekend.
That being said, I donât think Iâd personally make a destination music even like this a regular thing. This was my first time out of the country in nearly a decade and I forgot how epic international travel is even without the shows involved. I do have to thank UM though for getting me to Iceland a lot quicker than I would have otherwise gone. I will definitely be back soon!

Vacation extended. COVIDâd. Travel insurance to the rescue.
Had plans to visit Sky Lagoon today and we e-mailed them to cancel our reservation because we had just tested positive. Their response was that we are still welcome to come if our symptoms were mild or non-existent. This country donât give a fuck. Pandy over.
Luckily everybody we were in contact with either already left Iceland or has their negative test already.
