Picked up Einstök Smoked Porter at the store today. It’s delicious. Looking forward to having a few craft beers in Iceland.

Anyone taking the direct flight from Denver? We’re landing at 6am Thursday morning and hitting the blue lagoon for a few hours. You can arrange transportation from the airport then onto Reykjavik.
We are, but flying out of Denver Monday, landing Tuesday AM.
We’re on this flight. I have a feeling the majority will be on it for the same reason.

Rockjavik merch is live. Looks like the Chuck Sperry prints go on sale before the event, which is great news for those that don’t want to deal with traveling long distances with a poster tube.

I’m with you, definitely a little bit much for me, but I imagine that a certain subset of the fanbase would eat it up.
I have high hopes for the poster seeing as its Chuck Sperry, but definitely crossing my fingers that it doesn’t fall flat. Last time I did umVIP was Red Rocks 2018 and we got rewarded with the awful Roctopus poster. Still a little butthurt about that one, but I suppose you win some and lose some.
I really don’t. I’ll bet $$ that this one either has that Viking or a posing woman on the front. He’s so repetitive.

Ehh I don’t have anything from him, so I wouldn’t mind so much. Can see how that would be annoying, but it would be new to me, so couldn’t complain if that’s what it turns out to be. I really dig the style in general.
I have one of his panic posters from a few years back. I like his artwork and I’m sure he will do a good job on this print. The one I got is now worth like $600.
It sounds like the posters will be sold online only and will not be available at the shows. I hope it isn’t a shit show trying to snag a poster though, people go bananas for Sperry prints. People also buy tickets to shows just to snag a print, leave before the show and sell the print on the secondary market.
It’s only 1 print per ticket, and there’s no way people bought these tickets just to get the print. I’m not too worried about trying to get one
