That hook will matter, guaranteed.

Iā€™d be kind of surprised if they play any songs that havenā€™t been released yet

Set it at .5 and I will put my entire check I got today down on the bet.

Edit: No bet, I was thinking your statement didnā€™t include the track released last night.

My guess is 2, they play both new songs in Iceland

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Iceland sank last night.

Theyā€™re gonna fill one set with the entire album. NO YAMS

Saw them essentially do this once and it wasnā€™t terrible

We did a lot of booking last night and wanted to share our itinerary.

Havenā€™t planned anything for day of shows, but I imagine weā€™ll kind of wing it and explore Reykjavik.

Feel like a weight has been lifted now that we finally have a plan. Weā€™ve been pretty stressed especially with all the wedding planning which goes down next Saturday

Awesome! Yā€™all are covering some serious ground. That looks great.

Iā€™m planning a solo trip and having a hard time deciding where to spend my time (outside of the 3 days in Reykjavik for the shows). So many great options!

Thinking Iā€™ll spend some time in Vik before the shows and then head to SnƦfellsnes after. Hoping to lock down an itinerary this week.

Iā€™m planning on driving the Southern coast on Monday-returning to Reykjavik Wednesday afternoon/night, but we havenā€™t decided how Far East we wanna go. Prolly diamond beach area then do an ice cave tour. Fly out the 31st for a week in Amsterdam, which were intentionally leaving less planned since iceland is just packed. I really just wanna see the Van Gogh museum on some acid and then the tulip fields.

Just dropping in to say Iā€™m getting jealous of yā€™all and hearing friends talking about going to this is slightly ruining my hype for UM in Aspen this weekend. I wonder how many people are doing both Aspen and Iceland.

Eat at the restaurant in ĆžĆ³rbergssetur right by Diamond Beach. Itā€™s an unassuming gift shop restaurant but the lobster and arctic char was the best food we ate on the entire trip.

This place?

If so, hell yeah. We have a night booked right across the street from there.

Yep! Thatā€™s it.

Thanks! We had SnƦfellsnes on our original itinerary, but decided to hit up Efstidalur this time around after friends of ours showed us the farm/hotel theyā€™re staying at before heading to Reykjavik for the shows.

I added Hali Country Hotel based on someoneā€™s recommendation from the beginning of this thread. Plus the ice cave tour is just down the road from the hotel so it made sense to be close rather than driving 4 hours from Reykjavik. The soon-to-be ā€œwifeā€ is not a morning person lol

What types of activities are folks booking ahead of time? Any must-do meals that require reservations ahead of time? Seems like guided tours are pretty popular in Iceland, but there are so many different types available, itā€™s tough to know where to start.

Sounds like Blue Lagoon is a must, so I just scheduled that.

Iā€™m planning a bunch of hikes, but want to keep some of my time flexible for impromptu stuff, too.

Made reservations ahead of time at the Blue Lagoon, whale watching, and a dinner reservation at Dill. Also cars if youā€™re planning on using one
