His vocals have gotten worse in the studio since he learned to sing. I feel like he tries to keep studio stuff closer to what he can do live but it just makes all of his vocals boring. Imagine current BB writing haji or divisions.

Really like the new track after first couple listens. The bridge gives me vibes way similar to the “I won’t bother to recover” section of Cemetery Walk as well as the outro which I both love. I don’t particularly like the vocals in the verses, but I enjoy the chorus and the rest of the tune. Also agree it has some Police vibes.

Gave it a couple more listens as well, getting some CW vibes just like @James.
My only thing that I differ strongly from everyone else here is that I wish they completely cut the outro and stewed in/built up that minor, creepy sounding bridge more and more as the end of the song a la CW marching build end
