Has he gone out of his way or anything? From what I see he’s sold stuff to him in the form of a guitar and studio time, and just doesn’t tell him to fuck off when he latches on at shows
i would consider answering his calls and leaving backstage to go hang with Sultan in the crowd as kinda going out of the way
Maybe the band thinks he’s a Make a Wish kid.

Aww they chat on the phone? I see artists in the crowd at festivals all the time. I watched Interpol with Brit Daniel from Spoon. We are now best friends. I see your point I just think he’s being friendly. Whatevs 
I once saw Dave Schools in the concert grounds of lockn. I waved to him and he walked an entire 15 paces to come say what’s up. We’re now best friends and pen-pals

Yea, I mean i dont actually care about jakes personal life. Just feel like they are giving this guy way too much credibility. If they are giving him free tickets and allowing themselves to be seen with him, they are validating his behavior.
