That makes more sense. I knew i remembered you had seen some older shows

I wish I could hit 30 shows a year like I used too. Not because the band is good but I’m curious if this older body could take that abuse again.

I know mine can’t but be fun to get stupid drunk at 30+ shows again for shits and giggles

Kids/wife out. Watching Phils and threw on 2012 RR. I have to say (not even attendance bias) that this opener was one of the best ever for UM IMO. When you take into account the venue/atmosphere. The whole AiT jam/Gravity’s Real was just a perfect opener at RR that night.

Have so many memories from that night

That’s my go to get in the zone jam. Great shower jam . Not even the lame tease/mini Queen jam can take it down. Absolute banger

That Puppet is one of my favorite UM jams I’ve ever witnessed. So fucking sick!

Threw on the HOF vinyl the other day. This puppet on one side and the canopy WTWIRD on the other is some of the greatest shit ever.

Added to my Nugs. Thanks dawg

I’ll probably get excommunicated here, but my positive spin on Gulf Stream is that I’ll scream sing the lyrics I don’t know all day (ā€œI look to my LEFFFFT, I don’t know what’s next, if I turn the page… something, something, somethingā€)

But yea, it’s not even a Top 75 song.

I like the music to it TBH.

Seems like Browning hasn’t been hyping UM NFTs lately. Weren’t they supposed to the next greatest thing and we’d all be left behind if we didn’t jump on board? Or something?

Most NFTs have been speculation/land grabs, and the vast majority will go to zero. But the underlying technology is here to stay. Call them by whatever name but they’ll be ubiquitous in 3-5 years. You might be asking, ubiquitous for what? You name it. Concert tickets, the title to your house, memberships to anything, your mortgage etc. A token is simply a verifiable digital asset. In an increasingly blended world of IRL & online, proof of ownership in a secure, verifiable way will be paramount. The ability to engage & reward using blockchain will be a game changer.

MFW massive solar flare wipes out all our tech on earth and I have these paper contracts in my safety deposit box confirming between two humans and a neutral human to be valid and enforceable: :prince: :sunglasses:

Honestly I agree with the tech and hope for the best on it as we further integrate tech into society. The need to verify truth is becoming more and more important as the world fills with bullshit.

Looks like they stopped doing the show tokens after 2023.
