Usually each bidder gets assigned a random identifier. I think theres a setting by the seller to make it 100% anonymous (which it is in this case). That being said at a glance it appears to be 2 bidders, 1 just using auto-bid, and 1 actually bidding. The fact Sultan is chatting with the high bidder basically means it has to be an inside job. I would assume they are one in the same, or working together here.

The way I could imagine it being true is the bidder is in VfJ (not too unreasonable if they actually exist) and contacted him to let him know.
