Yeah, she’s been on board for a while now, but I still remember when it first “clicked” for her. During Sunday of the the 2017 rr run she just turned to me and said “I get it now”

I should count up the number of shows she’s been to, but it’s gotta be nearing 40 now after a decade or so.

went through a bunch of old emails to see if i could find my original signups. the earliest i could find were emails from april 2005 for my subscription to ‘Umph-Discussion@yahoogroups.com’ which contain a lot of setlist emails from @jwelsh8 .

i’m pretty sure it was around november of that year that i started reading whichever iteration of the bort that was, i think still on umphreaks

Yeah it was, I remember it not being a site after my freshman year of college and then finding replacement bort through Facebook or something. But then that version fell through really quick and then it was the last bort, then dash bort

Yeah I joined the umphreaks.com site around 2008 and found my welcome email from joining thebort.com on 9/27/10.

I think that breif bort was right around the first North Coast.

I remember hyping Jay Electronica’s punch and talking about the Omega Moos line disaster.
