Finally got around to spinning this set today and it was hitting extra hard at the shop. I could have still been schwifty so buyer beware but I thought it was worth an hour of my attention. I really dig Hammerstrike. Behind Midwest Storefronts is one of my favorite songs so glad they played that last night.

I read Lotus’s Wikipedia page inside a k hole last night while revisiting part of the Portland show and I’ve never felt more connected to the band. Might have to hop on Lotus ter when I can swing it. Currently relistening to that Hammerstrike set Bellwether jam taking off right now!

Lotus’s second set last night from Summer Dance was all first time played covers I think. They dropped Honey by Caribou too can’t wait to hear the board!
I’ve got a few Lotus setlists over the year and none were this detailed. I wonder if they’ve ever written one as in depth…
