That’s weird but I’d be shocked if it’s actually sold out. Wouldn’t make much sense to move it to a smaller venue only to have it sell out immediately, with over a month to go to sell more tickets at the larger venue.

Never mind… if you try to buy tickets off umphreys website it says sold out. If you go to the pagents website tix still available.

Yeah the listing on the website still shows the music park venue but when you click on tix for it, it leads you to a sold out screen but shows its been moved to the pageant.

Everything @stringz said is true and decline has been easy to see for the past decade. Pretty much everyone i know who loved them has slowly gotten pushed away
Past decade must be hyperbole because the first two nighter at Red Rocks was eight years ago with the first three nighter coming seven years ago. The decline in draw didn’t really happen until the pandemic.

It didnt happen over night. These things take time. Similar Skin is when it stopped feeling like the band/fanbase i had grown to love though and then it just continued to go in that direction until more and more people stopped trying

I didn’t listen to Umphrey’s for two months and now it’s all I listen to again and it sounds pretty fucking good these days. Looking forward to next week’s show in Southern Oregon.

I started off listening to 2011 and 2009 playlists (thanks btw) and then I gradually went through the boards from most recent to the ones I hadn’t heard in March and this past weekend’s four shows have been on repeat since the 5th. They are crushing it again IMO.

I think two things can be true though. I think they are experiencing the same pain most bands are, but also have some of their own decisons to blame in terms of the direction they went
