The 2011 NYE run was a week and half before i turned 21. It was like the universe wanted to play a huge joke on my before I finally turned 21 and force me through the strictest venue about underage drinking I’ve ever been to. I probably wouldn’t hate it as a 30 year old but it sucked ass as a 20 year old.

Trying to think of a better venue than the Riverside and cannot. Beautiful architecture, great sound, cheap drinks, smoke weed, awesome security, set break party at the Hilton, balcony rages hard af. Yeah it’s the best.

2019 Riverside run I was late driving into town from Minneapolis and missed most of the first set. I hadn’t bought a ticket yet and the box office was closed already when I walked in. I explained my situation to an usher and offered to buy a ticket. He radioed his manager and they let me in for free lol.

I’m a @gatroe/@cshore sadboi because I haven’t been to the Riverside since 2013. I was going to go to the 2017 run in maybe March but can’t for the life of me remember why I had to bail last minute.

Lol yes I got these texts after the show. Idk if I agree, but cold cheese on pizza is prob up there with spaghetti pie and other unsettling mw cuisine so maybe we are cut from the same cloth after all
