I think opener was Compendium, closer was Sanctuary, encore was Halcyon. Set also included Dead Roots Stirring, which was the highlight for me.

Was expecting most of those for the Tool tour. Halcyon might be my favorite song of theirs.

From what I had heard from Elder before the Tool show I thought they had a key/synth player.
Michael, the guitarist that plays the SG does all of their synth stuff in the studio. He’s their secret weapon IMO. Synth solos like Halcyon are played on guitar live.
They toured with a synth player this past summer in Europe but he is in a few other bands. I thought they might be bringing him along for the Tool shows but it must not have worked out.
