2024/07/06 - State Theatre - Portland, ME

The northeast has been slammed with music. So much I haven’t traveled further than New York. This weekend and the past month in particular was loaded with levitate biscoland and moe and goose just strolled through. Jrad played 2 nights at hbc two weeks ago and Michael franti was in town pink talking fish at the came and a holiday weekend .

I loved the shows I went too I would have gone to ct but poor planning on my part but the. shows were awesome!!

Portland I thought had a decent turn out despite the balcony not being opened.

When um came through Boston a couple months ago, seemed to have a decent turn out !!!

Lost in the discussions of canceled shows and low ticket sales is, honestly when was the last pile of runny turds that UM laid on the stage since anyone could say that Kris was still catching up? Maybe the weather cancelation on 4/20? There was early on during the West Coast run when Pony being late caused a show delay, and even then, they finished that run real hot. Their obligatory summer 1-setters have been serviceable and typically standard at worst and any of our peers that have been to a show have found themselves having a good ol time. They might not be throwing touchdowns every song but they’re not exactly sucking either.

Agreed, I hope they can continue growing on momentum they have going into fall/winter

For their 3 shows this fall lmao!

So… no fall or winter tour?

Hulaween is the only date this fall according to Joel. Then Ogden>Mission x 2 for New Years in Denver as far as current intel goes.

That’s not great

Honestly it all depends on what they do with the time off. I hope they are in the studio building off this foundation they’ve laid since spring. Drop a new album in 2025 and tour hard next fall hopefully.
