Red Tape was the only other one I was semi disappointed about. At least Wormbog didn’t get skipped over though. Only took me 50+ shows to catch one.
Gotta custy up for the VIP next time lol
I really can’t answer that. I will say, though, that I would guess time before the shows will be spent practicing. They will be needing to put in some prep time, especially with the possibility of new formats.
So Sunday show confirmed. Heard you loud and clear.

Anyone know if there are 2-day passes with the general on sale? Forgot about UM pre-sale, tons of meetings today so no go on venue pre-sale.
Also, where does one stay for these Port Chester shows? Yes, I can Google it but could use some solid bort bro recommendations.
Jojo coming?!?! Been a while bud.
I’ve stayed at the Courtyard Rye every time and there always seems to be a large percentage of show attendees there. It’s nothing special but it’s reliable and an easy walk to the venue.
Raw Stewage is the fucking shit.
Hey guys, staying at the courtyard rye for this run with a bunch of friends for my bachelor party. Any suggestions of things to do before or after show? Food recs or bar recs would be great.
Rye House has solid bar food and a decent beer selection. Last show we went to at the cap we posted up there for most of the day to drink and watch football then just walk a few blocks to the show
There’s also a Costco and a bed bath and beyond if you wanna pick up a loofa and a bulk bucket of peanut filled pretzel nuggets with your boys
Oh damn. Loofa andbpretzel nugs? Pre and post show plans done! Haha
Thanks for the heads up on Rye House. Feel like I’ve been there before a cap show. Thanks for the rec.
Truth be told there’s not a whole lot to do. You might even be better off to take the train into the city one day or rent a car and find some hiking trails.
Never been a big fan of the novelty shows.
My favorite Umph is like a Tuesday night in Chattanooga…or when they headline a fest like Woodlands.
We are all from the city so we’ll be coming in that friday. But no worries. Having the hotel is nice for us to just post up and chill throughout the 2 days. Drinking eating and seeing the shows is pretty much exactly what I wanna do.
I generally agree, but UMBowl is the exception, particularly now that they’ve started throwing around improv sets.
Lived in Port Chester for a couple years.
I would recommend Colony for pizza. Very thin Connecticut style bar pies. Get hot oil. Also a good place to slam pitchers and watch games before a show.
Coals is also excellent pizza. They have unique grilled pies with lots of local draft beers. Smaller place, so your boys might be a little crammed.
Pollo alla Brasa has great Peruvian food. I like their pescado saltado (drenched in their green aji sauce).
In terms of nightlife after the shows, white plains might be a good bet. Would be a fifteen minute Uber. Bars there are younger and a little broeey, so not really my scene anymore. But port Chester might not have much going on.
Also, if you like chicken wings, candlelight is about a twenty minute drive. My favorite wings. And they’re open till 4
What about daytime activities? Last multi night cap run the crew mini golfed but we are hard pressed to find something else to do.
I’m probably just gonna go into the city on Saturday. I’m already bored at the idea of killing a full day in and around Port Chester
