When looking at the weighted scores, here’s how each tier was broken down. I couldn’t use popular because there’s a handful of ties:

To highlight some interesting things, in the 2nd grouping you’ll see that DBK had the most significant change (dropping 31 positions from 14 to 45). If you look at the consensus rankings list you’ll see that it’s the 5th from the bottom, meaning that it’s the 5th most “controversial” song. So even though it still maintains an S- tier rank, because it received enough votes in the B/C/D tiers it gets adjusted down for the modified version of the list.
