New album is called The Overview. Sounds like Steven Wilson is a SqueakFreak.

I’m thrilled to be able to announce a Steven Wilson tour for 2025, my
first for 7 years.

The Overview Tour will be an audio-visual experience based around a
forthcoming new release of the same name: a space themed album that features just two very long pieces.

I’ll also be playing music from The Harmony Codex for the first time as well as songs from all of my previous records. I’m incredibly happy to be performing again with my inspirational solo band, and we have a lot of lost time to make up.

I look forward to seeing you at what will be an epic evening!

I was hoping he forgot about Harmony Codex.

Why would he forget about his magnum opus ?

I’m excited, though I wish the album release wasn’t so far out. Maybe presales will find the tour. Looking forward to hearing y’all complain that it’s not the Raven or HCE!

I mean I’d take a GFD or Insurgentes

To the Bone is pretty great. Harmony Codex just fucking sucks.

I heard The Overview is SW’s foray into downtempo electronic country

I’ve liked all the sound excerpts that I’ve heard from the social clips.

I’m definitely picking up the Atmos mix of Storm Corrosion.

Why do you say that? He’s actually going back to making prog music which is what we want.

Tangerine Dream or Vangelis prog is not what y’all want haha

While the two tracks that make up The Overview feel distinct, with Objects Outlive Us into prog and The Overview itself more electronic

The musician’s wife, Rotem, contributes spoken vocals to the title track

So one good song and one bad song

Fun fact: Christopher Franke was the composed the score for all 5 seasons of Babylon 5.
