So… no more UMBowl?

Timing-wise this lines up. I’d be willing to bet this is the Wyoming show RendezVous Music Festival | Hotel Terra Jackson Hole

The band felt that asking fans to pay $150 for a special event show would be social economically tone deaf

Right there with ya. Will depend on who’s headlining, Avett Brothers and Charles Wesley Godwin (who I like) are not going to get it done.

Not even close to the point i was making but reach for the sky, partner.

if it wasn’t [even close to] your point, please try again - because i think i missed it

Surprised they’re playing Belly Up, and for 2 nights. I mean I’m happy because that venue is significantly closer to me than Observatory but bad sign they’re downgrading venue capacity so drastically. It’s almost like UM’s popularity is declining?

And yah, a Tues/Wed double header sucks, but possible Tuesday heater to start west coast ter?

How’s a special event concert in the mainland states comparable to taking a vacation with the band to Mexico, and another one to Hawaii, which was my point at the time of that conversation.

Taking the train from Portland to Seattle is a blast.

Could be something else big in town that they were told not to compete with.
