This is my beef with the city. City is propped up on the service industry with no where for said service industry workers to, like, live or eat. Place needs to be taken back from the corporate swine.

Guessing Carbondale is also super expensive now? People i knew that worked in Aspen when I lived in. Colorado for a super brief period all lived in Carbondale and then commuted

I honestly don’t know, but its bullshit having to live 45 minutes away down a highway that can close during peak months to go to fucking work bc you can’t afford to live with yuppy piece of shit that want to cosplay being a skier for a day.

Its usually the same in beach resort communities. Hospitality staff run shit but dont get paid enough to even have a modest room in the area they serve

The billionaires pushed the millionaires out of Aspen and into Basalt & Carbondale. Belly Up will be very undersold imo.
