Looks like one of those plastic waffles that comes in a “kids cooking breakfast in the kitchen” toy set. Unsettling indeed. Too perfect.

They were pretty spongy, and even soaking in syrup didn’t save them…definitely in the bottom half of chicken and waffles I’ve had
I would love to see someone do fried chicken on top of an actual liege waffle. It’s the superior waffle.

I’ve only caught it once when they played it the last night of that four night run in Madison in 2009. I would definitely take another one!

to be fair, the food he grills/smokes on Insta does look pretty good. The chicken wings posted the other day looked incredible.

They use to sell Andy’s BBQ rub like a decade+ ago.
Edit: or maybe it was sauce. Either way, it was something Andy BBQ that they sold.
I made a few racks of ribs with Andy’s about a decade ago. It was/is a really good rub!
