What was SCI’s New Years run prices like? Excluding NYE itself.
Fans had no problem paying for the Chicago Theater in 06’ and Aud Theater in 08’
The real answer is the band can’t make the same margins at those venues.

I paid $170 for 2 mediocre seats on the 30th in one of the way upper balconies

With or without fees? At this point um might not sell out a 3 night run there and you could probably get fee free tickets at the box office. Then again they usually sell in Chicago pretty well

Balconies were thin, especially up top, but “half at best” is a huge exaggeration. 80-85% would be my guess.

After fees. It was about $20 in fees. But yeah, I don’t think UM sells out 3 nights at the Aud rn.
I would totally spend $75~ to see um at the aud or Chicago theater. I would just stay home if they play another run at riv/aragon

1000% agree. I’d pay $100 to see them in one of those rooms. Wouldn’t be super stoked about it but I’d do it.

Plus those kind of shows usually have cheap tickets pop up day of show if you’re not afraid to wait until the last minute.
