I donāt have the most trained ears but Scotty sounded far more assertive and commanding behind the kit these new years shows. You still get some hiccups like the 40ās, but I think he sounds great. He destroys that NYE Unevolved.

I agree. The last shows I saw where the August Midwest run and September weed fest show until sat Chicago. Itās great seeing him continue to grow and heās doing so well now. The transitions between songs and jams have gotten so much better and heās so much more comfortable now. There were a couple fills/grooves he had at the Chicago shows that I absolutely loved. He fits in so well with the band. The only thing I really still miss about Kris is the vocal harmonies, but whatever, if he and the band werenāt a good fit for whatever reasons itās good that they parted ways as amicably as they did.
The band has been so fun and exciting to watch since the change because theyāre practicing together, communicating in the moment, and actively listening to each other. This had lead to some stand out moments where they just all lock in and itās been incredible. Canāt wait for Madison>minny

Iām sure heās getting comped or something but Joel spending 2 weeks in Aspen skiing before their shows is kinda funny. Didnāt know Joel had money like that.

I feel like he may have taken a page from tDB in the sense that he invested well and has some equity to play with. Purely speculation though!
