Figured I’d ask here since I can’t comment in the tour dates thread. @jwelsh8 what’s the likely hood of the TX dates being cancelled in September?? TX has one of the largest second wave spikes in the country and it doesn’t seem to be going down anytime soon. You think they will reschedule?? Just wondering as I was gonna buy tickets soon.

They should just go the drive in concert route at this point.
100%. Not sure why KB hasn’t gotten the ball rolling on this. I mean maybe he has, but you’d expect to have heard something by now, right?
Yes, honestly with how innovative the UM team is I’m surprised they weren’t the first to think of the drive in show concept.

When I thought more about it, it would also require the crew, which would be significantly more people (that they’re directly responsible for) than they need at the Boondocks.
Definitely. Maybe I’m not paying attention, but I don’t see many really big names doing drive in shows yet. Aqueous and Spafford will definitely pull fewer travelers than UM

from what Jake was saying in that interview, it sounds like they are choosing to go the livestream route rather than the drive in route. Again, just hearsay at this point, but Jake was saying they are prepping a warehouse outside of Chicago to stream full shows w/ full light rig and everything
