Surely there is a way to get those charges refunded right? I mean, right? That’s insanity. Color me lucky I wooked my way to Cali with no tickets, but seriously wtf is that?
Can I ask who the message is from? And how this might be Umphrey’s responsibility? I am not sure you should have disputed with your credit card; that should have been with the ticketing company.

I did dispute with TM. They refunded N3 but wouldn’t do N1&2. I obviously know it isn’t Team UM’s fault at all I just felt like going on a satirical rant.

I’m watching the Joel stream on yt right now and it’s free as far as I can tell. He’s playing all jazz, and it’s much more enjoyable than the god awful wine not streams have been. I’d pony up $5 for this honestly.
