This was a wild discovery, I haven’t seen him in 5+ years so I figured I do some research.
-Busted for manufacturing DMT in late 2016.
-Sentenced to 5 years in late 2017.
-Released in December 2020 after serving 4/5 years.
-Busted stealing from Menards in Jan ‘21 and it looks like he’s locked up awaiting sentencing.
He was a good dude but always one who put too much hard work into not working. When he got out he went to his go to, stealing from Menards/Home Depot. He always kept it under $500 and both those places have a no receipt return policy so he’d take the store credit from returning stolen items and buy VISA gift cards.

I saw tipper for the first time at camp bisco 2019. Was immediately after the biscuits and I had planned on leaving after 5-10 min once the music started. 90 minutes later and a half gram of K later, and I found my Chakra for the first time in 30 years. Would do again but I dont ever listen to him on my free time
