Great show. The highlight is a 30 minute Plunger.

Surprised to see 3/8/05 on the list. One of the most fun (and drunk) the band has ever been for sure. 3 covers in the 2nd set! Love Jake singing Bell Bottom Blues. Brendan and Stasik were wrestling at one point if I remember?? REW is still one of my favorite things the band has done. Thanks for the recs! Definitely haven’t listened to quite a few of your top 20.

Not highlights from 2011 @Southern_Dan?

I saw a good amount of shows in 2011 but none really cracked my list. If I had to choose my 3 favorite attended 2011 shows I’d go with:

07.14.2011 The Dome at Oakdale, Wallingford, CT

11/2/11 is probably a top 10-15 all time great UM show for my tastes, even as someone who was not there.

Great list. You’ve got some all timers for sure. Thanks for putting 3/26/05 on the list and not 4/21/07. People don’t seem to realize which is the better Chicago show.

Good list, I should try to do this sometime. I don’t think I have ever really even considered my top 5 or 10.

It is definitely one of the top few shows from 2011 but I think the 08 Clifton Park show is better personally. I’ve seen a lot of great shows the last 16 years, some were bound to be left off my list.

Definitely gonna add it to my honorable mentions though, that was an oversight!

Yeah, would be good to see a few more of these especially from folks who have seen a ton of shows.

Yeah 10/9/08 is insanely good, also probably a top 10 UM show ever.

I was, that too should be an honorable mention due to that incredible 2nd set. That 3 night run was probably favorite 3 night run I’ve ever done with Umphreys!

Gus! That was our run together where we did the whole 5 nights (3/7/05 Nashville > 3/11/05 ATL) together without having even met one another!!!

My first time doing an UM Southeast Run and what an amazing one at that. 4 lyrical stews out of 5 shows and a ton of great shows and memories. Hope all is well brother!
