Love that track.
I’m 40 baby, go slow
Was turned onto these dudes a couple years ago. One of the guys sounds just like talib. Best two tracks imo are the last two.
I’ve never heard of this dude before, but just threw on this album and it slaps.
I like Droog but when you add all the hoops references in his verse, there’s no way I wasn’t gonna bump this. Whole album is pretty good.
The worst what? I didn’t know anyone was comparing them.
Aesop is obviously the better rapper, but I still really like Atmosphere’s music.
Just using huge broad strokes and oversimplification to prove my point that Atmosphere sucks. Idk what it is about that dude. I’ve seen him a few times and he just really gets under my skin.
I realize this video is just a bunch of legends bullshitting outside of a club. But Slugs verses just feel so fucking wack to me. I wouldn’t even wanna hang out around that guy. I kinda want to punch him in the face now.
Fair enough. I love Atmosphere, but have never seen them live. I guess I will stay away from that…
Can’t really argue with anything you said though, the dude definitely seems punchable and that was an atrocious freestyle.
I have friends that have seen 20+ Atmosphere shows and love it every time. Don’t let me deter you if you’re a fan. I just hate Slug lol.
The newest Aesop rock album tho holy shiiiit its good
They’re all good. The newest one is definitely the happiest though. The rest of the shit is suuuuuper dark. Labor Days is an all time album for me though. One of the first vinyls I ever bought
Ya labor days is a classic, and I think the new one is on the same level. He’s aged like fine wine.
There definitely is some happy beats but some of the lyrics are pretty dark.
RIP GURU
I am clearly a year late finding this track, but it legit may be my favorite thug banger of 2020

This album is amazing. Glad to see they have extra DOOM recordings to use.
Thank you for cosigning my bad habits bro…TOOT THAT
I took her advice to heart, man. I’ve been tooting all morning.
Happy 25th anniversary to one of the GOATS.
Plus a Ringer article and a Bandsplain, worth checking out.
