In a HYPOTHETICAL scenario (not spreading rumors Goblin ) where Jake was leaving the band, that would mean removing him from the business ownership structure⌠(LLC, S-Corp, wahtever)
Rest assured, that is neither a quick nor a simple process, which would take months at minimum.
All that to say, your armchair legal assessment that the band all of a sudden owns all his work is 99.9999% unlikely to be true.

This seems to be UMâs approach when it comes to politics. None of them have ever taken a real stance on anything. They may or may not be full on MAGA, but theyâve always been comfortable enough financially to never have to care about politics. The most theyâve ever done is photo ops for Head Count, but Head Count is a politically neutral entity. Theyâre cowards.
