I don’t remember where I’ve seen this mentioned, but I heard it or read it in interviews several times over the years. He has a home studio and supposedly huge back catalogue. I think I remember him talking about it in the video he did during Covid where he pieced a full song idea together in one evening and recorded all the instruments.

I know this true because my brother got invited to his studio and met his dad. Said he has hundreds of songs that could be released.

Maybe that is part of the reason for Jake’s exit? I always wondered if his output was stifled by the band (Bayliss) and that’s why he only was ever given 1 or 2 tracks per recent album, if that.
The Caverns show I say in May was one of the better UM shows I’ve seen recently
Haven’t listened to anything else Jake-less but I’ll still see them when they’re within a few hours on the weekend or locally. Feel like an empty massive amphitheater will be kinda depressing this weekend but Brooklyn Bowl in October should be fun.
Snagging Compa and picking up the Dopapod catalog would be epic. SIYD
