the facebook commenter’s supposed reason for the show being canceled sounds a lot more reasonable than um’s. but since it’s facebook ya just can’t believe it.

Is it possible that there are fans of this band (like myself) that simply aren’t ready to see live music inside during the peak of the largest surge of 'rona?
To be fair, I’ve been waiting to buy tickets day of show in fear of these shows getting cancelled. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

Yeah the covid ticket market has made me extremely skeptical to buy anything in advance. Nearly every show you can get tickets below face last minute. It’s ideal for the fans, probably horrible for the bands.
