I gotta say that after some interacting with you Craig, I’m impressed that you knew when to fold 'em. But I’m sad for you that you had to.
Me too, but after mulling it over, a 4 night run is a big undertaking. I’ve done 17 Umphrey’s shows this year. My “wife” has been wanting to vacation regularly (as in, not based around wookery), and I think the time/resources would be better used doing that stuff.
Plus NYE is the last umphreys thing on the list I can think of. Other than a destination run like Morocco/Iceland. It’s good to keep something for the chase, lest I “figure it out” and abandon them completely lmao
TBH chasing a NYE run after a longish layoff doesn’t seem optimal for seeing the best results.
