Saw my first eggy set last fall. Wouldnt see again. Some of my friends are friends with them so thought I’d get there early to give them a proper shot. I said the same thing about Dopapod 10 years ago too and now I plan on hitting a show again next time i can. I’ll check back on Eggy in 2032.
Not alot of talk about Ferndale V86 surprisingly. That jam is so good. Listened to it a couple times this weekend.
They weren’t mind blowing but I enjoyed them. Listen to the Winchester set on nugs whenever they put it up if you want a recent recommendation.
They reminded me of seeing Tauk when they were babies. You can def see potential but they are still finding their way.

They are in the same tier as Goose in my eyes. Bands that I used to see open for Mister F

You gotta like the more GD type of jam band to be into them. They’re pretty decidedly in the more crunchy organic earthy style, but I think they’re one of the best around at that type of music
I’d like to see them at some point, but nothing I’ve listened to has grabbed me. Strikes me as a band I’d enjoy seeing but probably wouldn’t really listen to otherwise
