I think KB has already fulfilled the prophecy of High Demand Summer 2021, Fam.
Yea, I went to the first night in 2017 and then figured I would just get a cheap ticket outside Wrigley the second night. It never happened.
It was kinda a shitty rainy night so maybe thatâs why night one was a bit thin
Looked into it myself and only lawn tickets now ate $100. I guess Ticketmaster is just a scalper site now? Nothing but options for mobile tickets as well. Concerts are becoming such a pain.
Last nightâs show is hot. Looking back through the tapes it looks like theyâre getting some long stuff every night
Mickey shouldnât be allowed to touch anything until drums/space.
Billy and the kids proved this as fact. So does â69-74
Mike Gordon shouldnât be allowed to touch anything ever again.
Anyone doing blossom? Thinking of making the last minute trip
Not doing Blossom but am planning on DTE. Scored free tix through work. Stoked.
Nice man, letâs link up on lot or inside the show. I got lawn seats, wbu?
I have Pav seats but I imagine weâll venture out to the lawn. Not sure if there are other people from my company by our seats or not but I definitely donât want to be wookâd out next to them if there are.
Haha yeah I would imagine they might put you in a corporate box or something. Stoked for the show tho, liked what Iâve heard from tour so far
omg bobbyâs shit playing can get so distracting. turn his @ass down.
Not enough Mayer in the mix?
Mayer sounds just fine. 70% of Bobbyâs playing sounds like random notes that donât have much to do with anything else happening in the song.
It should be noted, that Iâm criticizing whilst enjoying.
Jeff, John, Oteil, and Billy sound good. Itâs nice to have Bobby on vox. Mickeyâs random whacking on drums is weird. But this is good. Glad it exists.
Bobbyâs tone is just so clinky clacky when he plays with Dead and Co
Mickey could retire and I would have zero issue with it.
I get what youâre saying about Bobby, his playing hasnât been great for quite some time. Always said I liked hearing Bobby sing the tunes and Phil and Bill play the tunes. Thatâs why furthur was my favorite. Phil and Russo would push the tempo and Bobby could bring the house down with his songs and renditions of Jerryâs ballads.
Regardless of my bitching, really liked 9/2! Looking forward to my first D&C show next month.
