Kris’ post UM gigs have also still been pretty sparse and not exactly high profile. Certainly doesn’t seem like he had something else lined up.

It sounded like all the climax parts for all the songs ended up being the audience take spliced in. They said those parts were always better and more energetic in front of people. I’d say this experiment paid off, really cool album!

I’m not sure I’ve ever heard Unevolved. This is pretty thrown together compositionally as a “song” but there are a bunch of pretty sick parts. Really cool to hear the jammy stuff like Lego 4, 7 & 8 on an UM album.

It’s interesting having my ear immediately picked up on Kris just slayin on the drums after the 4 zwang shows over the last month. I have a pro Scotty agenda, but no denying Kris just absolutely crushed.

But yeah it’s fun to be able to immediately go to the best part of concessions

The music sounds great though.

Just threw the album on, Den is the only one of these songs I’ve heard before. Pleasantly surprised by lego 2 of Wide Open…feel like this is from something in 2007? A Texas ETI maybe? Whatever the original jam was, I used to wear it out.

Album sounds great. Honestly very unique and cool idea for an album release like this. Also love the way they recorded this.
