Has anyone ever listened to or seen Mark Farina? A brief SoundCloud skim showed me his style is labeled âmushroom jazzâ and sounded pretty cool and chill

Iâm a big fan of the Mushroom jazz compilation albums he puts together. Eight is my favorite.

I have. Iâm sure @PEN1S_ISLAND has seen him and I know I got video from @jachapman from a Farina party once.
Probably my most seen non-local DJ. The mushroom jazz thing is a series of downtempo recordings. At parties, heâs playing house music sets unless otherwise stated. Itâs like if Sound Tribe is doing a special set, they label it so everyone knows.
I love his house sets. Definitely go, @WhoDatVols . He plays some stuff I donât care for (certain large labels) but itâs all done tastefully sandwiched between classic house, deep house, new shit, whatever. Dude is awesome.

Were you there when OL opened for him in AVL like 6-7 years ago and Farina played Franklinâs Tower?
Iâm listening to this again. He covers so much territory. Donât worry about genres. Itâs all psychedelic dance music.

What DaddyJack said. You should go @WhoDatVols One of the first shows I saw here in Austin was a co headline show with him and Nightmares on wax. That shit was dope.

I dont remember the Franklins Tower, but maybe lol. Have seen them together.
Also saw Farina open for a jamband at Pisgah. Maybe it was Tribe?

Before I had a med card in Portland I met this stripper at Mark Farina on Halloween in 2013 who plugged me into some blow that night. Ended up getting her to deliver me hash oil for a while until I moved down to Newport Beach that next summer. Definitely go Mark Farina is a legend brah.

I remember seeing him when he was a part of Aeroplane at Bisco Inferno in 2010 iirc. Shit was fire never seen Red Rocks get down like that day. Pretty sure it was the same bill with the Crystal Method and Booka Shade.
