Wife Soup was the highlight for me, the date (6/18) got me thinking back to '03 and sure enough it had debuted at Durty Nellie’s 23 years ago to the day. Both were very fun nights. Last night’s Soup brought tears to these eyes

The coolest part of this whole set may be the 3-minute microjam that arises organically during the fast section of IDM starting around 5:30. The powerful peak takes the song into an unusual, creative place before moving back to the slow part as scheduled. Don’t sleep on it.
