you’ve been careless now
for way too long
and you’re better off admitting
when you know that you’re wrong
Are you convinced yet
or are we just wasting air
cuz I’m way too tired to
sit and reminisce
about the things I’ve lost
that I still miss
Back in the moment
we’re digging deep enough
this time
forget about your future
let the past dispense
you know, life is only living
in the present tense
Started the stream late and just at the second HBB jam now. Damn, Brendan is absolutely killing it tonight. He’s struggled with some of the Jake parts during the songs, but it doesn’t matter when he jams like this. I’m loving this version of Umphrey’s.
That was fuckin awesome. that’s such a grand 1, 2 punch - moe. > UM was a freakin stellar way to spend an evening. Definitely see this if ya can and it’s around your area
Mantis and Hiccup were the immediate highlights that come to mind. St Augustine & DHD UMoe. was a fun nightcap
Honorable mention to the segue → Linear & the stew. Really patient, milked out, well done
Real solid show. Def not close to the top Jakeless to me. Probably N2 Montana best all around. With the Jajunk and MFF being my top jams. Both of which should be near the top of JOTY consideration. Mantis really only standout here. The slower backend of HBB was good as well.
Holy shit. Based on what I heard during the DHD, it sounded like Rob was so god awful during verse one that they had to emergency pivot to Bayliss for second verse and rest of song.
